Questions buyers ask
Can’t find your answer? Call or WhatsApp us.
How do I buy a car from you?
Call or WhatsApp us to arrange a viewing. See the car, take it for a test drive and have it checked if you like. When you’re happy, we go through the payment and the transfer of ownership with you.
Can I see a car and take a test drive?
Yes. Call or WhatsApp us first so we can confirm the car is still available and have it ready. Bring your driving licence for the test drive.
Can my mechanic check the car?
Yes, any check is welcome. Take it to your own mechanic, a testing centre or a brand dealership before you buy.
Do your cars come with a warranty?
Ask us about the car you like. We’ll tell you what the warranty covers and go through the terms with you before you buy.
What documents do I need to buy a car?
Bring your ID card or passport. If you’re not an EU citizen, bring your residence permit too. We’ll tell you if anything else is needed for the transfer of ownership.
How can I pay?
We accept Visa cards, which many car dealers don’t, as well as other ways to pay. Call us and we’ll go through the options for the car you’re interested in. If you’re using a loan from your own bank, we’ll give you the vehicle details it asks for.
Is a car on the website still available?
We update the list regularly, but cars can sell quickly. Call or WhatsApp us before you visit to make sure.
Do I need an appointment to visit?
